WORKING THEORY

Your application information

Our interest forms collect your name, email address, student or mentor status, preferred program, and the background you choose to share. Mentor applications may also include a professional profile link and your preference about displaying it publicly.

Why we collect it

Working Theory uses these details to assess program fit, organize prospective cohorts, recruit mentors, and contact you about your application. Professional profile links help us review mentor backgrounds. A link may appear on a public mentor profile only if you separately opt in. Submitting interest does not enroll you or authorize payment.

Where it goes

Applications are stored in the site's hosted database. The application interface does not publish your details or share them with other applicants. You should include only information relevant to the program and avoid confidential research, personal identifiers, and private third-party information.

What happens next

Before enrollment, the team will provide confirmed mentor details, dates, payment and cancellation terms, and the full enrollment privacy information. You can withdraw your interest by emailing us or replying to an application follow-up.

Contact and requests

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your application, contact Tommaso Pappagallo at [email protected].
